What do I need to enroll my child from from another Cincinnati Public School?

will complete an enrollment packet provided by the
the school (or download a copy from our website). When you turn your packet in you will need
proof of address.

I need to enroll child from school outside of Cincinnati Public School?

will need to complete an enrollment packet provided
provided by the school (or download a copy from our website). When you turn your packet in
you will need to provide proof of address, a copy of your
child's most recent report card, and copies of their birth
certificate and shot record.

I use for proof of address?

* You
may use a copy of your lease agreement or a copy
of a current phone or electric bill. We will not accept a rent
receipt or other mail.

I'm living with someone else?
- * Contact our school
social worker, Donna Mire, at
(513) 363-5806 and she will help you through the
enrollment process.

Do you bus
students to/from school?

* No,
all of our students either walk or ride the Metro bus to
and from school.

does breakfast and lunch cost?
- * Breakfast costs $0.45;
lunch cost $1.25
